I'm sorry that this is troubling you; it's a very common issue nowadays.

Many phones now have a digital wellbeing option. You can put time limits on certain apps that are particularly addictive, like Tik Tok. Sometimes that can be enough to make you realise that you've spent 1+ hours on an app and help you to rethink how you're spending your time. You could also set your phone to power off at a certain time and turn back on at a certain time. If it takes more steps for you to access the addiction, you're less likely to go for it. I believe you can even set your phone to go black and white to reduce distraction from app colours.

You could try replacing your phone in bed with a book instead? Personally, I start getting ready for bed around 9pm, because by the time I get changed, remove make-up and settle down, it's about 9:30pm and then I'll read for a bit. Reading helps me fall into a deep sleep pretty quick. Have you thought about getting into reading?
