Many of us (myself included) are guilty of using our energy trying to force life to follow a specific plan. When that plan fails, we get stressed and burnt out and want to throw in the paddle. The Way of the River is a 5-part series developed directly from learnings and insights within our community that acts as a toolkit to shift you from "forcing" your life to "navigating" it.

This series provides a framework for looking at your growth in a way that actually makes sense when things get chaotic. Instead of seeing life as a straight line you keep falling off of, we treat it like a river: constantly moving, sometimes choppy, and always changing.

By following the current of this series, you'll explore tools designed for real-world resilience. Here's a glimpse of things you'll learn:

The "Mr. 8" Rule: Learn why the unexpected problem that ruins your to-do list is often the most important thing you’ll do all day.

The Forgiveness Ladder: A simple, 3-step exercise to drop the "old weight" you’ve been carrying so you can move faster in the present.

Heart’s Resting Assumptions: Identify the hidden "filters" in your brain that keep steering you into the same old mistakes.

The Wounded Healer: Discover how your past struggles actually make you a better leader and a more connected friend.

The objective behind this series is to help you become more resilient by giving you a roadmap, a new way of thinking, and finding more flow in your daily life.

If this sounds like the shift you need, start right here with Part I.

And as a special exclusive addition, we also have a community chatroom available right now where you can meet peers, share what you're going through, and get immediate insight from others who are navigating these same waters!

Apply to join the chat (HERE), and I'll be in touch ASAP to get you started!
And yes, you can join the closed chat at any part of the journey, even from day one!

I can attest to the value of this series, as it's personally helped me embrace acceptance in my own life and prioritize the things that matter most.

We're all works in progress on this river, and I’d be honored to have you join us as we figure it all out together. <3

@Heather225

I'm itching to finish my night shifts, recap on first couple of stages then row on.

'The Wounded Healer' in me had a chance to empathise for a friend today, it's made my day 😂
