I really like 7 Cups, and I want to say thank you to the people who thought of creating this community.

It’s a place that helps many people speak freely — without fear, without shame — and know that their secrets will always remain safe.

Most people join 7 Cups carrying some kind of pain, but once they find someone who offers a bit of kindness by simply listening, they start to feel a little better — like they’ve taken a gentle painkiller for the heart.
