Upset and disgusted
I have never ever ever ever been sooo upset with a job or management in my liiife!!! I am glad this news came to me from the evil horse itself. Yet dammit….
I used to have theee worse exam anxiety for my mblex exams and I finally passed my exam Sept 29,2026!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💐💐✨✨ Yet things have changed with the massage board soo I have to take another exam to obtain my liscense.
mind you I have to stay on top of my manager since she does not stay on top of the task that need to be done so I can become a LMT, instead of providing stretch therapy for my clients who want a massage by me since the other therapist are not aligned in the true consideration and care of the client
My job waited three weeks to give me the proper paperwork and info to fill out and send to the state massage board. Which is gov so it takes time ALREADY😮💨😮💨. When my manager asked for a document I knew I had she did not mention I have to put in a request for my schools transcript.
My school closed in 2015. So the only transcript I have is the same one given to me at graduation. I did not know I could not use that as my official transcript for this exam, when it was accepted for my first exam.
She finally mentioned to me on yesterday that “yeah you need to request your transcript for the exams”

The fact that she knew and has been looking at me in the face everyday I come into work and has not told me at alll like hey heads up here is what you need. I strongly dislike the mind games, mis-guidance, inconsideration of my time soace and energy. Grateful to work just not in a sh^tty space.

I pray and I know I have to deeply meditate since this is not it!! I have already written and revised again my resignation letter. Once I am approved and obtain my liscense I need a healing moment frfr to re-align my chakras before I begin my next job which is already in alignment👏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾✨✨💐💐📿📿

Incompetence happens with many companies, I don't think there is a perfect one out there.
I'm sorry to hear they have let you down time after time..
You deserve to feel more peaceful than being stressed out..🌲
Less stress on me is everything right now, I already deal with the small stress as a single parent, anyone messing with that outside of what I can control is a non-negotiable. My peace starts within snd I truly need a moment to heal from these past 6 months.
