Ways We Self Sabotage

I used to think that self-sabotage meant people did clear self-destructive acts like quitting a job, pulling away from a relationship, etc. Guess it is much more subtle than that.

Very interesting. Thank you. I knew I self sabotaged in the ways you mentioned but I agree, more subtle than that. Guilty of quite a few of them .
