We are all strong. We just don't know yet, or some of us don't believe it anymore

Being a person with disability is not easy. But the worst thing in life that we ignore our abilities, skills and recognition and what we are capable of. We see that every challenge we face in life is just a part of life. And no matter how hard that challenge is, we do our best to overcome it. Don't we? It's not just because of a part of life but because we start believing in ourselves. That believe gives us strength, hope, and courage and we overcome our fear of failure. Then I wonder when we start believing in ourselves? And I say when we start knowing ourselves. It's all there and it all starts from there. We just don't know yet.

Living with a disability isn’t easy, but what’s even harder sometimes is having the world overlook your strengths while you’re still trying to discover them for yourself. But what you’ve captured here is powerful: the idea that real strength doesn’t come from not having challenges. It comes from facing them, again and again, and still choosing to rise. Still choosing to believe in yourself, even when it's hard, even when others don’t see what you carry or who you are beneath the surface. Thank you for putting this out there.

Very true. We often realise our strengths when we are at our weakest.
