What do you think of yourself?
Humans are among those species which always remain in herds. Therefore, social acknowledgement and social standards is something which is really important to us.
Apart from the mentality you have, even if you believe and are accepted by a higher intellect. We still seek to be respected by our society.
The acknowledgement by the people we know.
Sometimes these things work as a force to push yourself harder.. But sometimes, they actually become a burden and we seek to trap ourselves inside us.
The feeling of outcast seems to be a heavy load on our conscience and up to the acceptance of failure.
In today's era, most people stay on social media or any other platform to showcase themselves. But that happiness also seems to be vague (even most of the influencers aren't actually happy).
How do you find and seek happiness?
And how do you put yourself out of the
box by feeling these?

Hi,
You picked the scab from an essential philosophical question.
In my opinion, happiness is not a constant state. I can consider myself a happy person on average, but I still have difficult days when I am far from happiness.
What makes you "fly" continuously? Setting goals, working hard to reach them, and celebrating every single milestone on the way is my solution.
Good observations and questions! I think happiness is a little bit like going to sleep. The more you try to go to sleep the harder it is. I think the same goes for happiness. If you look for purpose and meaning, then I think you discover happiness as an indirect byproduct. And, thankfully, having purpose also protects you from looking for significance in things like social media where I think it is much more tricky to get compassion and uplifting relationships.
