@Tinywhisper11 My Myers-Briggs type is INFJ (though, it's not exactly the most scientific thing). You know, the same personality type attributed to figures like Jesus, Mahatma Gandhi, that Austrian painter, and even several dictators. So maybe giving me superpowers isn't the best idea. Although, turning water into wine does sound pretty appealing.

@Tinywhisper11 Nah, I definitely shouldn’t be given any superpower. From being the leader in kindergarten to running for student council in schools and colleges, I never lost an election in my life and was always the one giving fiery speeches for campaigns. But I’m a firm believer in the rule of law. With a superpower, though, there wouldn’t be enough checks and balances, so I wouldn’t trust myself with something like mind reading or any kind of corruptive power without strict guidelines in place. Not even sitting down hero. Give me a power with consequences, though—like the ability to turn water into wine, but only in small amounts each day, enough to make a drink, not enough to get anyone drunk. Or maybe the power to read minds, but only in life-threatening situations or when someone’s thinking of doing something harmful to anyone.

*Gently suggests* Perhaps the power of Superpower oversight? With all these folks suddenly now displaying a host of varied abilities, perhaps you could have the power of infallible checks-and-balances that activates whenever an ability is on the verge of being used in an inappropriate manner.
AND as this ability is also a Superpower, it monitors and regulates itself. AAANND as your ability to monitor your own Superpower IS a Superpower, your Superpower monitors your Superpower to WATCH your own Superpower in an endless fractal expansion of regulation. The mental paperwork alone will keep you far too busy to ever let it be used for anything nefarious.
