I totally get it. As someone with CPTSD too, this is common between us. It does not allow you to think properly. You deserve love and happines. Sending meow love and a hug!!!!

this is a useless advice cause i dont know if it work.
try doing anything you like one thing a day or a week. and that is just life. i started a job i like and go out time to time to do things i like. id does not feel amazing or fulfilled but it is better i hope it get better than this
