Why I need ur help-opinion

I cannot stand this guys

im afraid of nothing

no sound or voice or no noise makes me so anxious

I dunno why

but it always does

all day long I have either background sound one or two

or when I play I have my own noise n sound ofc

n during day it’s always music whatever I do

even if I stop playing for while I have to go back cuz it’s weird

if I’m without sound more than little while

it gets scary :// fr :/
