The Mel Gibson podcast Let Them has been very inspiring for me.

2) Do you have any health-related goals for this year? What’s the first step you’re taking toward achieving them?

Talking a walk or doing some sort of exercise for at least 30 mins a day.

Thx cherry , will check that podcast out.

30 minutes a day is a great idea and walking is the most consistent form of fitness workout.

Good luck 👍

Wow - love this World Health Day theme! 💚

1) Recent inspiration
I just finished Rick Rubin’s “The Creative Act: A Way of Being.” It reshaped how I think about holistic well‑being. His reflections on presence, spaciousness, and listening to the body feel surprisingly relevant to health equity, reminding me that creativity and wellness thrive together. It's inspired me to be more decisive about my personal taste and my creative pursuits in fashion, experience design, and photography!

2) My 2025 health goal
I’m training for a consistent work‑life balance as I finish my college career. First step: a non‑negotiable 30‑minute morning routine—stretching, journaling, and a healthy breakfast before looking at any screens. Three weeks in and my stress baseline is already lower!
