am i the problem?
y boyfriend texted his ex and this random girl on *** and told her that he was single and when i found out we had a huge fight after almost a month of rough patch, i broke up with him but at times, He would call me and text me and i did the same but i made it clear that it was over and i joined a dating platform because i wanted to not focus on that heartbreak and i met some people and one of then sent me a nude but we never had a sexually driven conversation and i kept talking to him but when my boyfriend and i patched up, i told my boyfriend about it and he got super mad at me and said so many bad things about my friends, called me names and just said bad things for about 3 hours and i had to beg him to call me and he blocked me from everywhere but then calmed down but still kept saying mean things, we eventually made up but he has been treating me like *** after that and i honestly don’t think, i was at fault and he has made worst

Sometimes peoples reaction makes me question always being honest .... if dude sent you a nude picture and you were not chatting in that way ... most likely he was a creep that hoped you would send one in return.
You were actually broken up at the time so I do not see why your BF is so mad did he tell you all the people he had texted etc... sounds to me telling someone he was Single when you were not broken up is worse then a random sending you an unsolicited photo.
He is playing a power game he calls you names acts mad and you try to appease him ..... yet seriously i feel you both are even on the message items... if you keep trying everything to make him not mad at you he will do this any time he feels if he did bad things he can treat you badly and you will play like it was your fault and it was not.

no your not the problem but once a breakup stays a breakup, but love is the most difficult emotion to maintain even when we don’t understand most of the time. I honestly just would left him alone. But its not your fault don’t blame yourself the words that have said may hurt. Use it as fuel to be a better or proving that he is wrong. Your friends will support you hopefully but don’t let your friends go. I hope things will get better later on your not the only one went through something similar.

3. Reconcile with BF who subjects you to HOURS of verbal abuse.
