@pyoxzzq I'm sorry you're feeling this way, you're not alone in this, I have similar feelings... Try not to be too hard on yourself 🤍 I truly wish you find the support you're looking for here🍀 Sending lots of love towards you! 🐾❤️
Hi Pyoxzzq. Sending hugs your way 🫂 There is a sentence I have read online from an unknown author (at least to me) - she was wearing many masks to hide her own...Or Kafka's saying - everyone came in with a mask, I am the only one without it...To cut to the chase. Masks are the roles we play. I know how you feel, sometimes as the only one wearing a mask, the other times the only one without...no identity...People and events shape us, it is hard to find ourselves in all of this...But I believe in you. 🫂🫂❤️
I had similar experience a while ago and it feels to heavy and destructive.
The only thing that helped (I trued bunch of techniques and read lots of books about how to become better person etc) - try to focus on what kind of person you want to be for yourself. The one you feel comfortable with. How is this person looks like, what does she like to do, what music she likes, what makes her smile and so on and so on.
Stop thinking of others. Yes it’s okay to be selfish. Start doing what’s good for you (obviously without harming others) but you are not a pillow to be comfy for all people around you.
Focus on what you like.
For me it was super challenging coz I couldn’t even say what I like to eat or what I wanna do. I got lost in all those masks I’ve had for everyone so lost myself.
And yes. Isolating myself from everyone who wasn’t on my side and stopped me from discovering who I am was the best idea.
Even if I feel lonely at lest I don’t feel like I’m betraying myself.
