im so tiered of being used

ive recintly realized that in all my realationships all i do is give give give and when im not we have nothing in common

usualy i would would be ok with it but it feels like i have nothing to give but so much is expected from me and now my tollerance of being used has just drasticly shrank

expectations is another thing im over

im constantly being expected to give more then i have and when i dont them im rediculed or ostrozed for it  and expected to give an explanation also i cant say something becose of 'respect'

explanations is another thing im over

I used to explain myself constanlty becouse i thought it was a good tool for comunication and to a certain extent i still do but im over having to explain myself for everything and being forced to be valnerbale

all of this has lead me to be a extream introvert witch im still trying to disded if i mind or if i dont

i just dont want to be with people that constantly want somthing from me but if i dont have them in my life then i am alone witch isnt something im against

@callmeRM hey sweetie, I hear you. All of those things are important in any sort of relationship to a certain extent, but it has to be from both people. But one good thing is you finally learnt that you come first, not anyone else. Gives you a giant tiny hug ❤❤ I hope you'll be ok ❤

@callmeRM Ending up feeling emotionally manipulated in relationships would cause anyone to Isolate and escape from interactions with people. I think it quite alright that you have come to the realization that you don’t have to explain yourself to people, and setting up boundaries and teaching people how to treat you can be first step to regaining some ground with healthy relationships. You’re absolutely right that relationships should not be one sided where you are the one giving all the time. It is okay to be your own best friend and advocate. Feeling comfortable with yourself can be very freeing. You can learn to move in and out of social connections. Sometimes it take time to learn how to do this, and you are not alone in this journey. Glad you shared your thoughts here and hope you will reach out again.
