I am sorry your struggling I can hear the frustration in your post. It sounds similar to my own frustration. I've been married for almost 40 and I have to say each decade has it's challenges. It's really a challenge as we get to the stage of older than.

People change, jobs change, kids grow up, hormones change and not always in a good way. I've been experiencing some challenges plus I have a trauma background which adds to these challenges. I find if I change myself and my actions others around me have to change too. This doesn't always work though, it's difficult to change others if they don't want to.

I do see a therapist and it's helped alot. I think communication is key to success in relationships.

This is a great place to seek support with like minded people.
