thinking out loud

maybe some of you have heard my story or saw me in chat rooms venting, but a quick synopsis of my story:

when I was younger, I do think boundaries were pushed by a close relative. luckily it wasn’t too far but it’s still enough to reflect back on and see how that was SA.

though i have been doing pretty well with the emotions that come with it, i sometimes get in my head and it can be rough! like right now, i am winding down and when that quietness hits racing thoughts creep into my head. I heard that’s the body reacting to your comfortability so it thinks you can handle the reflections.

I am okay. I am safe. My past experience is simply my experience. I will never go back to that situation.

To those who have similar experiences and or worse, hang in there. You are beyond your experiences and you WILL find your inner happiness. We are all trying to achieve contentment and joy so let’s do this together. ✨✨

xx, q💋

@queeningout227 It is strange when we are trying to relax or have a moment to ourselves and the brain and memories pounce on us.

I've had things said and experiences that are seemingly "normal" but then why does it haunt me?

I know for me I had no way to express my unease so now I realise a lot more, than I did back then as a youngster.
