just as the title says — you're not alone.
i know sometimes things feel really hard, like the dark times are going to haunt us forever. but trust me, there's an opening in every tunnel. and the darker the tunnel is, the brighter the light gets.

please… don't give up. giving up would be unfair to yourself. don't lose hope, even when it feels really far away. things might not be okay right now, but they will be.
