Becoming Our Own Cheerleader
Do you ever have those days where you feel like nobody gets what you're going through? Do you ever have those days when you wish some magical angel would come down to you and make you at peace with them telling you everything is going to be okay? I don't know about you, but I sure have! It can be one tough battle to fight when you feel like you're your only soldier. Even the number one person who we trust the most may make us feel like they don't even get us at times. This is when we need to learn how to become our own cheerleader.
Being our own cheerleader can be a really cool quality to have. Maybe you are already your own cheerleader and you don't even know it! When we are our own cheerleader, we're able to empower ourselves to get through each obstacle of life and gain more confidence. What is one way you can be your own cheerleader? For me, its saying affirmations, thinking about how I will feel once I complete something that was difficult, and listening to upbeat positive songs! You got this.
@blogger123 Thanks for this awesome post
I become my own cheer leader by repeating positive affirmation to myself. I treat myself with good food and gifts. :p
Sometimes when I'm really down I call myself princessa to remind myself to treat myself with respect. My dad claims we are distant descendents of an Irish royal family xD but I don't really believe him. Still, reminding myself to treat myself like a princess is a good (if kinda goofy) way to keep my mental voice supportive.
Tagging @nicholaslelistener to teach us his amazing cheer leading skilllzzzzz
@blogger123 I become my own cheerleader through my artwork. Whenever I am stressed and I don't have anyone to help calm me down, I create art through drawing and painting and doing that gives me so much self confidence and happiness and I'm able to deal with the stress/lonliness a lot better. :)
To be your own cheerleader you gotta make other people feel good too. It has to be both ways :P . If you are cheering others on it comes right back to you.

See I knew you had many things to teach us ✨
@blogger123 Thank you for this post!
@blogger123
Lovely post, thank you!
I usually cheer myself on, so to say, with self-care. I like taking care of other people, to make them happy and to make them feel good. I guess it's my mom-instincts or something (even though I'm only 21). So basically by applying self-care, and allowing myself to feel good, I tell myself that I'm worth my attention, the way my close family and friends are worth my attention.
I do also like the music though. There's a couple of songs that really make me feel good and confident that I like to listen to sometimes
