Change or not to change job?
After my father's passing, I keep thinking to find a job near my house to keep my mom accompanied at home. But that's not easy and the opportunity is limited. I just started one and half year ago, working far from home and only able to return once a month. Besides, i slowly start to lose joy working and thinking I'm the worst enployee there. And only be at home makes me feel contented and fulfilled.
Any advice on this?
when you tell yourself............ you should be wanting to go home or be there for your mom etc.......
some times that effects how we are in current job.
in your mind you know opportunity may be limited at home and logically you have to do the best for you ................but deeper down some self sabotage instead of realizing they really want to go home.
Look around near home and inquire about jobs etc................. it is no obligation to do it but it quiets that part of us saying you really should go home .......
