"Do you need money to be happy?"
I want you to think about this question for a second and these next three.
Does money equal happiness?
Does money solve all of our problems?
What qualities does happiness need that money doesn't offer?
If you feel comfortable, what were your answers to these questions? Can we rely on money to improve our mood?

So in conclusion, I cant rely on money for happiness always but at times, totally!

Does money equal happiness?
Money can be a key to happiness if wisely used. I mean seriously when we can afford food with a very high quality and good equipment + enough space to do sport our body will become healthier which leads to overall happiness.
Money does not equal happiness but it can be a tool to achieve it.
Does money solve all of our problems?
Certainly not but again it can be a tool to solve our problems if wisely used. If you have a problem with your neighbors because they are too loud whatever just use your money to buy a house for you alone in the contry. Make sure you are far away from neighbors and maybe have a small and non popular wood next to your house. Annnd the problem is gone.

The quality of creating Joy in any circumstances is a most desirable quality. Imagine living in joy without being dependent on outer circumstances. What a joy it will be :) . The fountain of happiness (inner joy) is in each one of us humans and spreading this joy is the highest paying job (where the currency is joy)
