Fire working is starting to go off ever before the 4 th.
I have a Loud. Noise. Sensitivity so all the fireworks going on 4th will be hard.I wish I had a way to make it less hard on me.

I'm sorry to hear you have a noise sensitivity, I can imagine firework season must be a nightmare for you. I have a sound sensitivity myself, and find foam earplugs or noise-canceling headphones slightly helpful when things get hard! I wish you all the best getting through the 4th 🌻

Loud noises can be chaotic and stressful, headphones and soothing music work for me, I hope you feel more yourself soon 💜🥰
