Question about coping with dysphoria

Warning: Mention of dysphoria

I experience a lot of stress and overwhelming emotions due to gender dysphoria. It's a common thing for me to pass by the mirror and catch a glimpse of my beard shadow for example and then enter into a panic mode. It just never stops. It's so ugly. I am so ugly. And I can't make it go away whatever I do. But it generates a lot of negative emotions in me and sadly some intentions too. I don't want to live like this. Being this disgusting. I just can't cope.

@ManaBalogh I'm so sorry. Gender dysphoria can really have a terrible impact on you, and I know what kind of drastic thoughts it can bring. You are not your body, your body is simply your tool to move around the world, and your body should not dictate how you live your life.
You have the right to live in a body that expresses who you are. I know it's a scary path with so many obstacles, but facing gender transition can make you feel born again. So many trans people who even considered making the most drastic, definitive choice were able to turn their life around when they transitioned to the gender and the body that represented them.
There are so many things that might be holding you back, but transitioning is your chance for a better life, one that feels truly yours. Until then, don't hesitate to reach out to the trans community, to share experiences and coping strategies, but also to realize that you're not alone and that a better life is possible.
