Run away from everything
So much happenes in my life right now and plus that my past keeps haunting me. I can`t take it much more longer. I just want too run away from all this mess and start over.
It sounds like you're about ready to just give up, and I sure hate to hear that. From my own personal experience, every attempt to run from the past has only lead me to more problems. Unfortunately, the best policy is to face problems head on. Please reach out to one of out many teen listeners for extra support. We are always here for you!!
I know how you feel, yeah it sucks where every little thing gets to your head and you don't have anymore solutions other then to run away. No I do not know you personally and I am not a listener but I really hope that you hold on, trying drinking tea to help you relax, don't drink coffee if you are feeling frustrated it causes anxiety, also try just closing your eyes and counting till you are more calm. I don't know if this works for some people but get a notebook and start writing names of people that would miss it if you ran away and if there is not anyone on that last you can add me because I defiantly don't want you running away. I know it sucks but running away won't kill your ghost from your past but smiles and laughs will :)
I don't know the specifics of what you are going through but I can definitely relate to what you are feeling. Sometimes it seems like things get so rough for me that I just want get in my car and keep driving forever without stopping. There were even times where I literally planned how and when I was going to disappear. These guys are right though, you can't always run from your problems. Its incredibly hard but the best solution is to face them head-on and try to resolve them the best you can.
If you do absolutely feel the need to escape though, you may want to try to read a book, watch a movie, play a game or something along those lines. They call these things escapism entertainment for a reason. If and when you get into a story, you briefly become lost in it and forget about the world around you. It may only be temporary relief and its an escape none-the-less.
I hope this helps.
