Today I saw a psych nurse [uk] not my Usual care co and she was horrible to me.

she ridiculed me and brought up a prior incident to shame me. Questioned me. It felt like an interrogation. She got me so agitated I closed myself off and was fidgeting with my phone she told me to stop been rude out of nowhere.

I told her I was angry because of lots of things, when I wouldn’t open up she questioned some more. I said well look on my records then…

I told her I was not impressed she was 15 mins late to my appt. (Lateness triggers me I think it’s disrespectful), and she shrugged her shoulders and said “meh, we’re busy…and I’m here listening to you aren’t I?”. She said this very Blaise.

I admit I have anger issue but I wasn’t very aggressive to her on my tone I was just direct. I don’t think she appreciated it.

im really low because it’s been a long journey and I’m just not been supported anymore and I’m losing hope.

It does not sound like she is good at her job...... the last thing a person trying to talk and work things out is someone who is not anything but there.....

i find tardiness disrespectful also .... i know things can run over or cause tardiness but they should say up front sorry i was late and not make generalized excuses ... your time is as important as theirs .

i think it is the reason people have trouble finding a good caregiver as if a new person shows up they may read through old notes and make assumptions of your situation.... being direct is warranted and IMO needed in this situation.
