Age regression

Unprovoked by me I suddenly found myself believing I was ten years old again, with my memories from then till now fuzzy and my mannerisms childlike. I was simply texting my best friend, and he knew what was happening cause he likes to look into different mental health things so he handled it well and I returned back to normal after about an hour. It was incredibly scary though and I think it was a trauma response, I was wishing id feel okay and then my brain jumped back to the last time I was okay 24/7. how... what?

@linvi oh I've heard of this. Sorry you went through that. I'm not sure why it happens either. But I do know our brains work in mysterious ways to help us cope. Gives you a giant tiny hug ❤❤
