A horrible body image and fear of gaining weight
I keep looking in the mirror and having an overwhelming sense of guilt and regret, and I come close to breaking down. Despite what others say, I can't help but see myself as unnaturally fat.
I'm 6FT and 180 pounds, but it feels like more. I hate my stomach and torso shape. I box and run, but thats probably not enough.
The only times I have felt good about myself, in regards to body image, are the times I have starved myself. A plan I'm considering is just to puke to lose weight.
Can somebody help?

If you'd like, we can work on a full diet and exercise plan together. Cardio and boxing is all well and good, but it sounds like you need to focus your core workout more. Do you have an established exercise plan already? If so, could you list it? We may be able to flesh it out some more.
@Stradinius I don't have a plan at the moment

Totally fair. In order to get started with that, I'd have to know more about your daily schedule. What time you wake up, what times you usually eat meals, what time you go to sleep, and so on. Any bit of routine operation that occupies a portion of your day, so we can get an idea of your free time.
It'd also help to set an actual goal, so as much as it may suck, general measurements of the areas you want to work on will help me plan, and help you keep track of progress.
Lastly, a general idea of your usual diet would help out. It doesn't have to be anything specific, seeing as most people don't tend to keep track of their intake too precisely. Just a general idea of the kinds of foods you eat.
@Stradinius In terms of diet, I eat well. Im flexetarian (less meat, but not none), and I eat meals at average times.
My sleep varies depending on what Bipolar episode I'm on (9-10 hrs depressed, 3-7 hrs manic).
I'm in shape in every way, except for my core and surrounding muscles. Cardio is my best spot, with 1-mile runs lasting 5-6 minutes.
Oh, and I also have 100% flexible schedule, as I am self employed.

Hi! Sorry! We've had major internet issues here at the house.
That's all good info. I'll get to work on a program for you.

Hi, I was like you once even though I wasn't fat, I wasn't skinny either, so I decided to lose weight I ended up losing 28 lb and I still feel fat and disgusting and I hate my body. I started as 5'3 and 130 lb, and now I am 102 lb. So no matter what I do I can't be happy with my body. The only thing we can do is stop criticizing ourselves and just accept how we look, I know it's not easy I can't do it myself but it's the only way to truly feel happy.
