Hi folks! I myself suffer from alexithymia which, in a nutshell,is the inability to express emotions verbally. I'd like to hear if there is anybody out there who has made any experiences with alexithymia. Would be great if you'd shared your thoughts and also feel free to ask me about anything related to it.

@SimeonWeisz - I'm not personally familiar with it, but it's interesting to hear about. When you say it is an inability to express emotions verbally, are there other ways that you find easier to express them?
