Not sure what
Hey, idk if this is the best place to post this so forgive me but I made this account awhile back when I felt "off." But then things got better I guess so I never really used it. But a couple days ago I experienced something again. I think it was an anxiety and or panic attack but I'm not sure. I felt this intense feeling of extreme distress like something was really wrong even though there wasn't. My chest felt like it was gonna burst too and every time I tried to sleep my thoughts would race so I couldn't. It wasn't about anything in particular but I've experienced that before. I don't know what it is. I was okay for a few months but now for the past couple days I haven't had more of them per se but I've been worried every night that it'll happen again. Like I'm fine throughout the day but when it gets closer to night I start worrying that it'll happen again. Can anyone help me with this? Somethings wrong but I'm not sure what it is.

Hey what you're describing sounds like anxiety, it's a fear that if we are complacent about can create illogical racing thoughts. It can all seem so very real. It took me some suffering and lots of effort to overcome. But what I learned is that it can only happen if we give our thoughts to those invisible fears. Fear is a their! But only if we allow and believe in it. Faith that illogical fear is powerless is one of the secrets to overcome anxiety and panic attacks. Do a little research on mindfulness, and on how to direct your own focus, and you can be rid of anxieties. Self care, and faith my friend.
Blessings, Day😊👍
