What safety net would you wish was present?

I am actually working on a project that I hope will be able to prevent child and domestic abuse or at least create a safety net (so to speak) for the victims. And while I have my own ideas and opinion about the one thing that I would want in such a situation, I think it is only fair that I speak to you all and understand what you wish you had with you or whom you wish was looking out for you when you saw someone go through abuse or had to deal with abusive people. If you just want to confide in people anonymously also feel free to do so here. If you are going through this right now, I wish you a world of courage and determination to get through this and I hope that you are able to break free and get all the happiness that you definitely deserve.
