A little story

Once, when I was younger, I got in a fight with my brother. We both got agree, we started calling the other names. He called me a "zero" told me I was nothing. I always cared about what he thought about me so I started crying and went in my room.

Having heard the voices, my father came to see what happened. He saw me crying so he asked the story. I told him what had happened. He didn't tell me my brother was wrong. No. He told me that zero in maths is the most unique and maybe most important number. He told me that if my brother used it as an insult, he made a fool of himself. He made me feel like a zero. A unique one.

Even now, years later, this moment has stuck with me. His words, the way he made me feel fine in seconds. I aspire to do something similar one day.

@IsmV That sounds a lot like my life, but I never cried, how can one deal with grief while trying to improve?
