msgs got deleted

i was chatting with a listener, some msgs of listener were deleted after when i see them. he says he didnot delete those msgs, how its possible in 7cups?

Hey there @Mustafa40 you're right, there's no option to delete partial/ some/ specific messages in personal chats. With the delete chat/ messages option available to both listeners and members, the entire chat can be deleted at once!
I feel your listener experienced a chat bug, I'm aware since I've experienced this one too, post sending messages in the chat sometimes they poof, which is very disheartening and confusing, of course.
