I don't know if anyone here would need to hear this but:
You're doing the best you can, don't beat yourself up because you're not where you thought you would be. Life has it's way of helping us figure ourselves out and I'm sure it'll get better. Healing is never linear and is different for everyone. You'll get out of the trench you may be in. You got this.
