I wouldn't say "changed", maybe "enhanced" as it helped me become more aware of my values and feel more connected with them, because there's ample of opportunities to practice them and continue honing the craft! It's being a listener in 7 cups, a truly rewarding experience and I wouldn't trade it for the world! ❤

The loss of a loved one made me realize the importance of cherishing the time we have with the people we care about and to not take our loved ones for granted. It made me value relationships and appreciate the little moments more.
