22’ was the saddest year in my adult life and I am not sure how to pick up myself and move forward.

The year brought many unexpected challenges and changes, but it also showed me that I am capable of handling difficult situations and coming out stronger on the other side. It also reminded me the importance of staying connected with loved ones and cherishing the time we have together.
