As members of the Group Support Academy program, we know how important community and support can be within 7Cups. That's why on this day of celebrating Irish culture and traditions, we'd like to take a moment to reflect on the power of group support sessions in building a stronger and more supportive 7Cups community.

Have you ever led a group support session on 7Cups? If so, what was your experience like in terms of building a stronger sense of community? Did you find it fulfilling to provide support for others and to help foster a positive and supportive environment within 7Cups?

If you haven't led a group support session yet, the Group Support Academy program is designed to teach members how to do just that. By leading group support sessions, you can help create a stronger and more supportive 7Cups community where individuals can come together to share their experiences and provide support to one another. 🤝

Just like the traditional Irish ceili, where people come together to dance, sing, and socialize, the Group Support Academy is a digital version of the ceili where members can come together to uplift and encourage one another, and to build a stronger and more connected 7Cups community. 💚

So on this St. Patrick's Day, let's celebrate the power of community and support by continuing to lead and participate in group support sessions within 7Cups. Let's keep building a strong and supportive community within 7Cups where everyone feels welcomed, heard, and supported. If you have any questions about leading or participating in group support sessions, please don't hesitate to ask. 🌟

This quote is from Matthew 6:34. It essentially reminds us that today has enough problems of its own to deal with and not to worry about tomorrow's.

@richuyulin

Thank you to group support supporters! I have got, and continue to get, support from group support and I'm very grateful to all the people that make that possible.
