Greet people, even if they didn't do it first, or didn't "acknowledge", welcome the next person who enters the chatroom.

Welcoming matters, saying hello to someone matters, asking how they are or how their day is going matters, genuinely wanting to know about the last question and actually answering/ replying to them matters, it's basic etiquette that goes a long way in starting conversations and establishing bonds!💛
