Am I letting this listener know that their work is important? Am I making them feel heard, and showing them their voice matters?

Am I making sure that this listener feel unique and special?

✰ Congratulations ✰

Has this listener achieved a certain amount of cheers, earned a new badge, deserves a nomination, gotten a new review? Celebrate their achievements with them!

What would I want someone to tell me that I can tell this person? What would make me smile and feel sparkly?

Look around and try to be attentive towards others. Is someone feeling down? Swoop down and send them some encouragement (and virtual nutella)! Is someone trying something new, and putting themselves out there? Encourage the heart!
