Empowering Through Actions and Words
Hello amazing humans! Today, I wanted to talk about empowering others through actions and words. Now, you probably just asked, "Audrey, this is supposed to be about how we can empower ourselves; not other people!" Well, I want you to hear me out on the effect our actions and words can have on our mood and well-being.
I want you to think about one time you were really mean to someone. After the incident, how did it make you feel? We can take this lesson into account when we spread empowering actions and words. You see, when we do good deeds for others and spread love, we can take what we say to others and apply it to our daily lives. We can feel empowered when we think about the amazing things we've done for our community and other people, even if it's just smiling to someone in the hallway at school.
Share only if you feel comfortable, what is one thing you're going to do today to empower others through your actions, words, or both? I want to know!

I have just been thinking about the effect of helping other people by starting to be a listener here. I realized I do not treat myself as good as I treat other people, which is really a shame, so I am using this experience as a reference to love myself better.
I used to be "the helper" to escape myself but nowadays I am trying to see the power of my actions and words on other people to appreciate myself more. It is nice to see that you came to the same conclusion.
