How to give good compliments
1. Compliments should be sincere- Your body language will tell if you are being sincere or not and if a person can pick up on it, if insincere, the compliment will have negative effects rather than positive
2. Pay attention- Notice what you appreciate about the person
3. Be specific- The best compliments are specific. They refer to character traits, personality and appearance.
4. Receive compliments with grace- Accepting compliments doesn't make you vain. Do not deny when someone compliments you, its like telling them that they are wrong and would likely prevent them from complimenting you in the future. Politely thank them. Thats it!

Besides your amazing tips, my one tip is to not delay telling someone you saw something good , something compliment worthy, something that they should know ~ do it when you see itself, and do it often , timing matters too ! ❤
