Hi community! I've got some news. So far, there was no prerequisite to join our peer appreciation team. Any member or listener could apply to join our team. There is a small prerequisite now! Any member or listener is still welcome to apply, but, we require the new applicants to walk the https://www.7cups.com/path/playlist/becoming-a-great-member/ growth path and share their learning from the path in the application form! [Check the application form to get to know more about what we do and consider joining us!]

We appreciate all the work you do, constantly looking to better the team and ensuring we are all looking to better ourselves with that beautiful growth chart you created ❤️ I have already done that growth path and I highly recommend it for all, it is a reminder and a guide on how to be a better person 😮💜
@Fristo I must say you have created such great growth paths. I am all on board for this change. I do agree that it would be great for all new people onboarding team to complete it. We definitely need quality people and I think the team we have currently is pretty amazing. Everyone is so talented and puts much effort and thought into creating such lovely posts. I would say we are pretty lucky. I admit, I do not always know what new people join the team until I read it on the tab where people welcome them and I do not always know them but I do like to see the work they do and bring to the table. That is how I came to the conclusion that everyone is so talented. I am constantly seeing such beautiful graphics. Way to go, smile spreaders! <3 And to anyone interested in joining PAP, do what is required of you and join us. It is truly a rewarding role! :)
