Peer Appreciation Team - Truly a Team!
Hi, PAT! I was thinking today about how we exactly work and keep the peer appreciation program running and blossoming for so long. Who are the people responsible for the sustenance, and maintenance of our program?
Is it @Heathermarie95 who so professionally oversees our program, takes care everything is alright on the Peer Appreciation Hall and never misses out on announcing cheers and love monster badge every month?
Is it @Sunisshiningandsoareyou who most naturally (and helplessly, I believe) takes care of everything about us? They want to see us up and running and appreciation to continue and constantly flow. This is them. They take care of the appreciation hall, get the appreciation form alerted when needed, and look after the sentiments and ideas of team members, and we see the biggest smile on their face when new smile spreaders join our team. What more can we ask from a teammate?
Is it @sadcat13 who deeply cares about us and takes care each part of our dashboard is functional and that we are going ahead properly. They have also now stepped up to become first-ever form designer and look at their sweet work here. I would say Sadcat is a star leader based on what they do. Cat was asking who is star spreader; it's exactly someone like them. Cat, you can also any day start as an official star leader for our team, and your work will be what you are doing already -looking after the team and making sure everything stays in shape!
I love @KaylaMaulfair for their passionate spirit in the team. Wow, that's the kind of smile spreader we need! Full of positivity, passion, and uplifting vibes!
You know, I haven't been that active in our team, but back of my mind I care for us and admire us deeply. I feel this is one awesome team. My prayer for each one of us is that may we work in a way that beautifies our individual hearts -because that is what makes what we do truly meaningful. This reward is immense (more than we know). Thank you, PAT -a team that is truly a team.

I could shoutout everyone individually but I’ll let others post the greatness of our team members! Every single member of our team is an absolute rockstar and a blessing to 7Cups. Without them, PAT wouldn’t be here. Keep spreading your light my absolutely FANTABULOUS teammates! This world needs us to shine our light and spread those smiles! 💕🩵✨

i truly believe that what keeps the team going strong is new people joining the team. I’m not sure who our newest team members are but I love the energy we get from new team members.
The other thing that I think keeps us going strong is the fact that both listeners and members can be smile spreaders. It unites us on one front- a front of making sure our peers feel appreciated.

7 cups blooms every year due to our amazing community of listeners that take time out of their day to listen to someone's problems that is impacting their daily lives. The secret to this is that every listener likes helping people and impacting our community for the better. By. Helping others we also help ourselves. Also we have amazing team of coaches and mentors that can help us listeners.

I think everyone is responsible for this positivity crime. When we help one another we also help ourselves in the same time.
