Showcase Your Smile Spreading Talent! 🥰

(This thread is to be used only by the members of the Peer Appreciation Program Team and listeners/ members applying for the Smile Spreader Role) 

Hello lovely hooman, you may have stumbled upon this thread while trying to apply for the Smile Spreader Role yay! We are glad you decided to join our awesome team that spreads smiles in the community by sharing appreciation and gratitude notes within the Peer Appreciation Program. 🥰

We are here to help you complete your application successfully; which asks you to create a graphic post as a “sample” in this thread~ this will be like a “mock” experience for you to showcase your smile spreading talent.

Please consider the following to proceed- 

💛 Familiarise yourself with the Peer Appreciation Form to know different aspects of what is to be included in the appreciation post when a peer sends one. For example- Appreciated qualities, Virtual gift, The actual message to be included, Any specific details mentioned related to colour or theme customisation by the appreciator etc!  

💛 After doing so, Make a sample appreciation post including a graphic card or image containing the mock message in this thread. 

(You can use any graphic creation tool or app that you find accessible for this, many of our team mates like to use Canva!)

💛 While the graphic may contain only the message that the Appreciator has submitted for the Appreciated peer~ we can make our post more personalised and warm-sounding by adding our personal notes/ message in textual format for them. 

💛 We encourage all kinds of creativity and “extras” that can make an appreciation post look and feel even more personalised and beautiful~ a valuable takeaway for the peers. 

So feel free to add any relevant (but appropriate) stickers, images, gifs, emojis etc to the post. And of course you can play with colours, font style, sizing, layout etc as you like! 

The following is the sample message that you need to make an appreciation post for, as a potential smile spreader, in this thread!

The qualities they appreciate in them are- 

Cheerful - They are fun to be around.,

Optimistic - They focus on cultivating positivity, to bring out the best in everyone.,

Empathetic - They look to understand and share the feelings of another.,

Friendly - They are caring and nice to everyone.,

Supportive - They are kind and helpful.,

Respectful - They try to make sure everyone feels respected and understood.

Message for the appreciated peer-

“Hello WonderfulHuman, I really think you are a blessing to this community as you are always so welcoming, inclusive, interactive and supportive. It’s rare to come across such a sweet presence. Thanks for supporting me. I wish you amazing things in life!💜” 

Choice of virtual gift for the appreciated peer- 

“Champion’s Trophy”

💛 Including the qualities is “optional” but make sure to add the exact message the appreciator sent as well as the virtual gift! Feel free to add colourful font, emojis, gifs etc!

We believe everyone has a distinct and unique way to express their creativity and this is why we are so proud of our all our ex and current team mates who have each explored their creative style over the course, and offered so much aesthetic value to the peer appreciation program thread! 😍

After you make your post in this thread, and have submitted the completed application form, please await 5-7 days for a response from one of the Star Leaders’ (Project Agents leading the peer appreciation program) as they’ll reach out to you to share feedback and proceed further with your onboarding!
