What are you grateful for *right now?*

As in, this very moment & second.

For me, it would be the fact that I slept good last night and can feel the benefits towards my body.

Anyway, I thought this would be a fun exercise to identify what we are thankful for in this very moment.

What are you all thankful for right now in the present moment?

All of those things (especially your parents) are great indicators to me that you have an excellent support system for yourself. Couple that with your gratitude, and I would say that you are off to a great start in your life. :)

@Wittie96

I am really glad that you have both of those things; sleep and a support system are so necessary for our continued survival.

What would you say is your favorite aspect of your loving support system? :)

Hello @sereneSunset26

At this very moment, I am very grateful that i got to know of BTS and their music. I am also very grateful that i got to be a Listener at 7 cups.

@MilaAvery

I admittedly only know one BTS song, solely because I've seen it in a lot of ads on YouTube for one of Samsung's new phones 😅.

That's awesome!!

I've known plenty of people in my life who have been able to have their family as that kind of source of comfort and gratitude. :)

I feel like animals can (and do) go a long way towards not only filling us with gratitude (cattitude? Lol) but just straight-up providing companionship as well. :)

She has always been there for me , even when humans weren’t …..no questions asked, no preconceived notions….just always there.

I feel like there is definitely something to be said for in regards to the unconditional love that animals can offer us. For a good portion of my life, I often felt safer around animals for this reason. They may only be around for part of our lives, but we are all of theirs. :)

You know, that may seem like a simple or even obvious statement, but it is so important for our mental health to be thankful for the fact that we're being blessed enough to face another day. There have been plenty of times in my life, on a temporary basis, where I have lost sight of this, just due to the stresses and trials of my life.

Thank you for the reminder. <3

Family and faith can be such grounding influences in our lives; I feel like there can be a symbiotic relationship between being grounded and having gratitude. And I could see both of those things growing with time as well. :)
