Step #20 - I'm learning to become a little better everyday. It takes, but the journey is worth doing.
Hey all! I've just completed step 30‼️ What I have learned is helping others allows you to help yourself. Everyone has some sort of deal going on, if we reach out More than usual in a safe social space and Learn to b kind to others as well as ourselves, we can and will survive ‼️ 7cups I'd like to thank you for allowing me to crack open the gates guarding my heart and allowing me to share myself w others. Because I'm rather hilarious😜 L🍉L.... As my mother says constantly...You are robbing others of the specialness of YOU‼️ Think about that and how true it is! we r here together to b better for ourselves first and foremost, then we can reach out and help others the way You yourself would like to b supported! Thank You 7cups‼️🍉
I'm on #10, this helps me calm down in times when I'm overly stressed.
I've learned that enjoying the moment instead of anticipating the future helps my psyche and everyone else's psyche around me.
I learned that even though I know I'm not perfect, I can learn how to love myself.
I've learned to think positive, love yourself and beautiful
I'm on the first milstone and I'm ready to learn more about how to deal and meet new people
I have learned to be more thankful even for challenges. When we are thankful for the lessons the challenges teach us we are taking the power away from the negative issues and returning it to ourselves positively.
Sleeping is important
Tonight I am on STEP 50 of my "trek" 👩
I guess I learned since joining 7 Cups 10 days ago that I have to take full responsibility for my recovery process, and I have to consciously decide EVERY day to stay in the game of life, that is, EACH day...choose not to end my life, every hour decide not to self-harm, & moment by moment I must decide not to self-sabotage my efforts to pick up all that I have left of my shattered life, & put the broken pieces together in a different way to create a remarkablly authentic image of a life now lived outside the box. My recovery is MY responsibility...not my therapist's, or my case worker's, or my doctor's, or some "program,'s" or "hospital's." It's truly up to me.
