I've reached Step 20. I've learned that I don't need someone else to be whole. I complete me.

Wahoo!
Already to 50.

I enjoy taking even these few moments a day to proverbially fill my cup and do something unapologetically for myself.

Step 20 and feeling pretty good. It is amazing how much a little awareness can improve your day.

Level 10, I have learned about the importance of mindfulness in a competitive world. Life is complicated and the stress we cause ourselves are only perceptions of the mind.

I've learned that even when you slip and fall it's important to keep going because the present is the only thing that truly exists and once you're slip and fall is in the past you can move forward, try again, and just keep trying. I guess that's what life is about really. No matter how awful things seem to just keep trying. Don't beat yourself up when you've had a few days where you've forgotten to do self care, just get back to it and do your best to stick with it. :)
