I reached step 60 on day 11 of my progressive journey at 7 Cups, & I would say 1 things I've come to realize is that, "my best" doesn't always portray itself the same. On a good day (less struggles with depression & PTSD), both I, & my "best" (my personal appearance, efforts, & accomplishments) can be impressive. But, on days where I'm worn down from my war with depression, my "best" may only include getting out of bed, getting dressed, and eating. Nonetheless, I've learned all I can realistically do, is MY best on each given day~ and if I give my best (not judging/comparing the outcome), I need to be proud

I have learned that it is okay to take my own pace when coming out. I'm still in the process of coming out but it's been really difficult to understand that it's okay to take my time and that I don't have to tell everyone at once.
