This is a great time to write here again. 210 and not giving up, just taking breaks, but now I think I'll stay here every day for awhile. I've learned specifically right now that this lovely website can help me even with my battle with nicotine addiction.

I just completed step # 10 and while I'm super new and I am still figuring out how this works, I've learned that I have a lot in my life to be greatful for, even if I sometimes dont see it.

I am currently over the problems that brought me to 7cups in the first place. I met several interesting and friendly people in the chatrooms. I feel like I am my own person for the first time in years.
7 Cups helped me so much in the past few weeks that I even began the process to become a listener!
