I learned that I shouldn't hate people, because there are a lot of nice and friendly ones, just got to find them.

I learned that appreciating something in my mind and writing it down are two different things. The latter actually makes me think more about it.

A thing I've learned during this past few months was that my mental health is very important. I would also like to add thatI now accept that my mistakes made me learn. So now I'm not afraid to make mistakes, to be unperfect :D Keep fighting people and value yourself!

I recently (just a few days ago, actually) ended up having a very intense depressive episode, complete with a lot of very negative self-talk. But I managed to use concepts such as cognitive behavioural therapy in order to prevent the episode from becoming overwhelming or unbearable. What I learned from this is that even when I have moments where my anxiety or depression flare up, I am still making progress and should not discount the changes I've already made.
