Hey! I've made a milestone, and found many helpful tools. One of my favorites is the meditation. Sometimes my anxiety gets so loud that I can't think clearly. The meditation is helping me learn to quiet the storm. I still have bad days, but every time I can break the pattern I feel inspired.
@Daubs - That's incredible! So grateful that you shared this with us all:) I'm happy to hear you've found meditating to work so well for you, and that it's even helping to reduce your anxiety! That's awesome:)
In trying out the mindfulness meditation exercise, I realized that I breathe mostly from my chest. Ouch!
So I'm trying to get some nice belly breathing going.
@brightDog8239 - Really pleased that you've learned new ways to breathe, in order to feel more calm - that's awesome! Thank you so much for posting this:)
That things are not always what they seem under an anxiety attack or a breakdown. Just relaxing and address things later might be best
