Never give up, get bruises in your journey if you have to, but then recover (!!!) and move on, expecting new bruises, as well as wonderful things.. that's how it is

I've been here about a week now, on step #40.
I still feel depressed and down, and struggle on a daily basis, but it's been really validating to be able to connect with others who completely understand and feel the same as I do, and don't tell me to 'just cheer up'. I've never had that before, and I've realized I'm not the only one who struggles every day.
